Rental Period: The rental fee pays for the reserved rental period (14 days from delivery). Buying totes does not reduce the rental fee. Rental payments are not credited toward purchases.
Equipment: Each rental includes the specified number of tote bodies, matching removable lids, one dolly, and labels. Dollies are not included in the purchase offer.
Transport: Boxless ATX transports empty totes only. The customer or their movers transport packed belongings.
Condition: Totes are delivered clean and ready to pack. Normal wear is included.
Returns: Returning unused totes does not reduce the package price. Early pickup does not reduce the rental fee.
Additional Trips: Additional collection trips beyond the scheduled pickup are not included and may incur fees disclosed and agreed to before the additional trip.
Missing or Damaged Equipment: Missing-equipment charges are $10 per missing lid, $20 per missing tote, and $50 per missing dolly. The $20 missing-tote charge includes its lid; no additional missing-lid charge applies to the same missing tote. The $10 lid charge applies when a tote body is returned without its lid.
Deposit: The refundable deposit is returned after equipment return and inspection, less any approved purchases or agreed charges, including the missing-equipment charges listed above. An itemized statement will show any deductions. Responsibility for missing or damaged equipment is not limited to the deposit amount.
