Because you're moving! Your delivery address is where you pack, and your pickup address is where you unpack. We collect the empties at the new place.

We offer scheduled time windows on our operating days. You'll choose a delivery window and a pickup window when you book.

How does the refundable deposit work?

You pay the rental fee and a refundable deposit upfront. After we collect and inspect the boxes, your deposit is refunded — less any purchases you approve or charges covered by your rental agreement.

Can I keep and buy moving boxes after my rental?

Yes! After your move, purchase any boxes for $20 each (lid included), plus tax. Your deposit can be applied toward purchases with your authorization. Dollies aren't part of the purchase offer.

Your rental includes 14 days. If you need more time, each additional seven-day period costs $30 (Small Move) or $40 (Medium Move), subject to availability. You'll see the added cost before confirming.

Returning unused boxes doesn't reduce the package price — the rental fee pays for the reserved rental period, not per-box usage.

Normal wear is included. Charges for missing lids, missing equipment, or damage beyond normal wear are disclosed before booking. Responsibility for missing or damaged equipment is not limited to the deposit amount.
