Question 1

How do reusable moving box rentals work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a package and dates, we deliver clean moving boxes to your door, you pack and move, and we collect the empties when you're done. You get two weeks to pack, move, and unpack.

Question 2

What's included with the moving box rental?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes a set number of moving boxes with removable lids, one compatible dolly, and labels. Free scheduled delivery and one pickup within our service area are included.

Question 3

What are the reusable moving box dimensions?

Accepted Answer

Each moving box is 28.5 inches long by 19.6 inches wide by 15.2 inches high on the outside, with interior dimensions of 23 by 14 by 14.3 inches. The bright yellow lid is removable.

Question 4

How do I choose a moving package?

Accepted Answer

Package sizes are guides, not guarantees tied to bedroom count. The Small Move includes 20 boxes; the Medium Move includes 30. Pick what fits your move.

Question 5

What areas in Austin do you deliver moving boxes to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and pick up free within a 30-mile radius around Austin, TX. Not every address qualifies — check your ZIP on our service-area checker. If you're outside the zone, you can submit a service request.

Question 6

Why do you need two addresses for a moving box rental?

Accepted Answer

Because you're moving! Your delivery address is where you pack, and your pickup address is where you unpack. We collect the empties at the new place.

Question 7

What are the delivery and pickup windows?

Accepted Answer

We offer scheduled time windows on our operating days. You'll choose a delivery window and a pickup window when you book.

Question 8

How does the refundable deposit work?

Accepted Answer

You pay the rental fee and a refundable deposit upfront. After we collect and inspect the boxes, your deposit is refunded — less any purchases you approve or charges covered by your rental agreement.

Question 9

Can I keep and buy moving boxes after my rental?

Accepted Answer

Yes! After your move, purchase any boxes for $20 each (lid included), plus tax. Your deposit can be applied toward purchases with your authorization. Dollies aren't part of the purchase offer.

Question 10

What if I need my moving box rental for longer?

Accepted Answer

Your rental includes 14 days. If you need more time, each additional seven-day period costs $30 (Small Move) or $40 (Medium Move), subject to availability. You'll see the added cost before confirming.

Question 11

What if I return unused moving boxes?

Accepted Answer

Returning unused boxes doesn't reduce the package price — the rental fee pays for the reserved rental period, not per-box usage.

Question 12

What about early pickup of my moving boxes?

Accepted Answer

Early pickup doesn't reduce the rental fee. The rental fee pays for the reserved period regardless of when you finish.

Question 13

How are the reusable moving boxes cleaned between rentals?

Accepted Answer

We clean boxes between rentals with a cleaning turnaround buffer built into our scheduling.

Question 14

What about rescheduling and missed handoffs?

Accepted Answer

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur extension charges. Missed handoffs may incur additional fees, which are disclosed before booking.

Question 15

What about missing or damaged moving equipment?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear is included. Charges for missing lids, missing equipment, or damage beyond normal wear are disclosed before booking. Responsibility for missing or damaged equipment is not limited to the deposit amount.

Question 16

Who transports my packed belongings?

Accepted Answer

You or your movers transport packed belongings. We transport empty boxes only — we deliver empties and collect empties.
